Dr. Karla Wolford

Dr. Karla Wolford is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential — in movement, mindset, and life. Guided by the philosophy of being “Better Than Yesterday,” she strives to inspire others to pursue progress over perfection every single day.

In a world where nearly 90% of people spend most of their day sitting, Dr. Karla believes that teaching proper movement is one of the most powerful gifts a doctor can offer. As both a chiropractor and a coach in the Fargo-Moorhead area, she takes pride in helping individuals overcome past injuries, move more efficiently, and build strength and confidence that lasts a lifetime. Her expertise bridges the gap between healthcare and performance, empowering people of all ages to move well, feel better, and live fully.

A Barnesville, Minnesota native, Dr. Karla earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Exercise Physiology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She went on to graduate with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West and earned her Master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Logan University.
