This varies by patient, but we recommend routine maintenance adjustments every 6-8 weeks depending on your body, your activity level, and your daily life. Dr. Karla will do a head-to-toe check and adjust where necessary.

Most treatments are gentle and safe. Some soft-tissue techniques may produce mild temporary discomfort similar to a deep tissue massage, but many patients feel immediate relief and improved mobility after treatment.
